Job Summary Roles and Responsibilities

  • ORGANISATION:

An ISO 9001-2008 accredited Company, engaged in manufacturing of premium quality METALPRODUCTS.
  • ROLE

  • As Factory Head, responsible for entire production of Unit 2, and will act as a medium between the management and the production team. Will be responsible for Productivity, Planning, Budgeting, Maintenance and Teams building
  • Manage efficient integration of work flow, product planning on a weekly fortnightly and monthly basis
  • Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipment.
  • Identify low level of productivity and plugs the gap on timely basis
  • Management reporting from ERP, Maintain optimal level of customer services for both internal and external customers.

    • CANDIDATE

  • 20 years inlarge scale production / manufacturing unit dealing with any Metal or Alloy
  • Large team management experience (blue + white collar)
  • Should have excellent people management skills
  • Should have solid work experience in Production Management, Planning, Maintenance
  • Should have good communication and leadership skills

    • LOCATION : Hyderabad

    • SALARY : 18-22 LPA
    Required Candidate profile

    Ideal candidate is someone with 20 years of experience in the age group of 45-52, with production background in Metal / Alloy industries. Should be currently at the leadership role, handling responsibilities for the entire plant operations. Should have handled a large team
