- ORGANISATION
A reputed chain of Spas in Hyderabad
- ROLE:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by each branch.
- Monitoring customer feedback from Branches, Zenoti, Pulse and Google reviews.
- Responding to customer feedbacks on online platforms.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Monitoring the online appointments and how well they are handled by branches and document the conversions and revenue.
- Update customers on new launches and monitor the success.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
- Expanding the customer base by up-selling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Knowing your competition and strategising accordingly.
- CANDIDATE
- A bachelors degree in Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- LOCATION : Hyderabad (Jubilee Hills)
- SALARY : Up to 25,000 per month
