Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and driven Product Partner Manager to identify, engage, and onboard solution partners that complement and enhance Tagit s digital banking solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital banking ecosystem, along with experience in partner relationship management, solution fitment, and commercial viability.

The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, pre-sales teams, and external partners to build joint value propositions and bring innovative, integrated solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners to identify solution gaps and explore opportunities for partner integrations
• Conduct market research to identify potential solution partners, regionally and globally, and assess technical and functional fit
• Initiate and manage discussions with prospective partners, evaluating solution viability and strategic alignment
• Support pre-sales teams in responding to bids and RFPs by ensuring partner alignment on solution, functionality, and commercials
• Develop and manage strong partner relationships, including negotiating agreements and defining joint value propositions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define go-to-market strategies with partners
• Attend client and channel partner meetings with pre-sales teams to capture solution requirements and define partnership roles

What You Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in partner management, business development, or product strategy
• Master s or Bachelor s degree in Business Management, Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of banking IT systems and digital ecosystems
• Experience in negotiating partner agreements and managing partner life cycles
• Ability to independently drive strategic discussions and manage projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, analytical, and results-oriented
