Job Description:Tech lead with experience who has extensive performance tuning, solutions finding and working with developers

Mandatory skills:

• 5-7 years experience in the SQL Developer role Postgres or Oracle (recursive CTEs, Query performance optimization) and Shell scripting.
• Strong experience in database modelling skills Hands-on database development skills with ability to write high performance stored procedures and SQL scripts
• Good understanding of RDBMS concepts (Indexing, locks, data encryption techniques)
• Must have experience in developing PL/SQL modules, triggers, functions, packages, procedures, queries.
• Must have experience with large back-end, and transactional databases.

Desired Skills:

• One on one support for development and test engineers (DB server activities like backup, restore, Oracle PL/SQL Agent)
• Experience with Agile processes Past experience designing or developing for high-transaction rate enterprise systems

Primary Responsibilities: Closely work with Architect to provide database development support to the engineering team Contribute to patterns and practices used by Database team Analyze and optimize DB code for performance improvements provide production support and troubleshooting of system or customer issues Debug and fix problems
