Job Description:-

• Certain daily task to be done on software.
  
• Monitor activities and produce a daily report of tasks undertaken.
• Analyzing problems and reporting bugs and issues in the software.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled version updates after discussing with the internalSupportteam.
• Giving training and proper guidance to the Client/Users.
• Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
  
• Flexible, team player, get-it-done personality.
  
• Ability to organize and plan work independently.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
  

• Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Hands-on in Excel/Word, Microsoft Windows 10.
• Basic knowledge of different operating systems and SQL database (if possible).
• Understanding of FTP/SFTP/Network standard protocols (if possible).
