o Experience of 4+ years in Software design and Technical Pega Architecture o Expertise in reviewing detailed flows and activities for requirements within PegaRules Process Commander o Strong Object-Oriented design and implementation skills o Familiarity with various process modelling techniques (activity hierarchy diagrams, data flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, workflow diagrams, system interface diagrams) o Being able to configure security policies o Track and audit changes to data o Pega 8.x exposure is required o Pega certification (Senior System Architect) o Integration implementation with SOAP, JMS,File Listener, Email Listener. o Familiarity with J2EE, XML, Java, JSP, and EJB o Good knowledge of English language (spoken & written) o Experience working in an Agile / Scrum Environment is a plus o Happy to work self-dependent as well as managing a team o Creativity, dedication and "can do" attitude o Pega Customer Service experience is a plus
