Qualification Required

BE/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent degree with good academic record
Desired
Certification in Microsoft Technologies (one or more) will be a plus like
MCTS, MCSD

Technical
Experience

Minimum 5 years of total experience.
Mandatory experience with Healthcare Domain and HIPPA guidelines
Must have worked on minimum two projects using Telerik and Kendo
UI.
Must be able to work independently without hand holding in
Agile/Scrum or Waterfall models.
Experience in Azure infrastructure and deployment architectural design of
our enterprise platform.
At least 2 years of design, development, and deployment of enterprise
OO application in latest C# .NET using web application with SQL Server
2008/15/16/17 backend
Solid understanding of Microsoft .NET platform and design patterns,
working knowledge of web services, Windows Platform, messaging
architectures, data models, SQL optimization
Must have thorough understanding of modern development technologies
and infrastructures such as object-oriented design, .NET technologies, and
middleware, databases, and Windows servers
Good knowledge of source control tools like Bitbucket, git
Excellent in reusable coding with and unit & integration tests with
reasonable coverage of code & interfaces.
Hands on implementation experience of complex, large scale products.
Must be aware about debugging, bug-tracking techniques in dev, prod
environments.
Experience in writing XML Web services, REST Services, WEB API
A solid foundation in computer science with strong competencies in data
structures, algorithms, and software design.
Worked in startup like environment with high levels of ownership and
commitment.
Experience with commonly used third-party libraries, SDKs, frameworks
and Should know widely used data structures, algorithms.
Proficient in using Programming Design Patterns (Like Factory,
Singleton, Factory and Repository etc.)
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into
technical requirements
Strong knowledge of software development and user interface web
applications
Provide effort estimation for the requirements along with design details
and dependencies and develop technical documentation as needed.
Detailed understanding of Product Development Life Cycle, Agile SCRUM,

software development methodologies, system design and
implementation.
Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions
Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)
Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong
personal ownership of problem resolution
Ability to multitask under pressure and work independently with minimal
supervision

Technical
Competencies

Required
Full stack development experience with reusable code.

and mandatory knowledge of Telerik controls.
Expert level experience with .Net Core 2, C#, ASP.net, JSON, JavaScript,
jQuery, AJAX, SQL Server, SSRS
Strong skills in Database design and Stored Procedure writing.
Expert level experience in nUnit, Dependency Injection, Web API, Entity
Framework / ORM
Experience in Web and Restful API consumption
Strong skills in software design and architecture
.NET concepts (Delegate, value types, generics)
Ability to apply design patterns consistently and accurate when building
per design requirements
Working Knowledge in Azure environment using devops.
Desired
Knowledge in building generic components for Web Applications using C#
and design patterns
Knowledge with GUI abstraction patterns Angular
Knowledge / hands on project done in third party integrations will be an
added advantage
Adaptable with picking up new technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Good experience in source control, unit testing, code verification,
documentation, automated build, continuous integration, metrics, and
