Customer Service Advisor For A Uk Based It Company Job in T & A Solutions

• Working Days:- 6 Days- Mon- to Fri fixed working Days and Sat or Sun working depend on roster.
• Working Hours:- Rotational shifts Time Bracket:- 10:30 a.m. IST to 01:30 a.m. IST, 9 hours shift
• Holidays: NO INDIAN HOLIDAYS only UK bank holidays

No Gender Preference

Job Requirements:

• Graduation is necessary.
• 1 year experience into Customer Service is preferable
• Excellent English Communication Skills

Ideal candidate would have experience in Customer Service in International Process.

Salary:- Maximum 25K CTC based on experience.

For Freshers, the salary will start from 18K CTC.

Interview Process:

• Resumes would be shared for review with Customer Service Manager, Operations Director.
• Post review- First round would be Telephonic Interview with the Manager.
• Post Telephonic round if selected, there will be a Face-to-Face round with the Manager and the Operations Director.
• On the day of Face-to-Face round there will be a Written Aptitude Test, post qualifying the same, there will be an interview.
• Final decision will be communicated to the agency and the candidate on the same day or the next working day.
