Job location: Delhi / Bengaluru
CTC Rs.480000 to Rs.960000 p.a.

About Role:
Deliver high-quality virtual and in-person technical training in line with industry-recognized
best practices on utilizing Public Cloud services over AWS & Azure
Excellent knowledge about digital transformation strategies using public cloud, various
architectures, benefits and case studies.
Hands on knowledge in implementing multi-tier applications over multiple cloud services
and in a multi-cloud / Hybrid cloud environment.
Design high quality self-paced recorded training sessions for varied target segments
students, working professionals, and corporates.
Continuously improve on teaching methodology to suit online model to lead to high student
satisfaction.
Develop and retain an up-to-date knowledge of current working practices.
Carry out course monitoring and evaluation collating participants' training, assessment
report at every fortnight.
Create high quality training materials for the candidates
Mentor other instructors/team leaders/Subject Matter Experts in the content and course
delivery techniques for assigned technical courses.
Continuously improve knowledge with necessary certifications and actively contribute in
community forums.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 4 years experience on AWS or Azure as a solution architect or similar at
associate level.
AWS certified solutions architect associate or higher
Microsoft certified Azure administrator associate or higher
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience in building and delivering educational resources, including designing virtualized
network training lab environments, administrating LMS systems for reporting, and authoring
exams and self-assessment surveys.
Experience in eLearning video development using Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate
software.

About Role:
Interact with IT & BFSI companies for recruitment of trained candidates from
Rooman.
Develop and maintain top-level relationships with designated accounts to establish
a clear and comprehensive understanding of customer needs
Develop, expand, maintain and report on a pipeline of qualified recruitment
opportunities.
Design and implement a strategies for expanding Rooman s B2B segment.
Build, mentor, and lead an effective B2B sales team.
Conduct and host talks with Senior Management of corporates.
Prepare operational, recruitment reports fortnightly and present to senior
management.
Work closely with the Training Team and provide inputs on latest requirements.
Take initiatives, identify pain points, improvement areas, and work towards
achieving a solution.
Job Qualifications:
Proficient Key Accounts portfolio management
4-6 years of B2B Sales experience
Proficiency in CRM and lead management
Education MBA from premier institutes
Efficient project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Leadership alignment and experience, mentor and lead team
Ability to work with data and uncover insights into the consumer mindset
