Requirement:

Events Management background
Bachelor s degree in related field like management , business
Sound knowledge and worked in decorative lights / Sculptural lighting fixtures
Knowledge of LED Dimming system in lighting
Willingness to travel
Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience.
Strong admin & management skills.
Ability to generate and deliver reports
Highly organized and detail oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed
efficiently and effectively
Excellent communication skills, oral and written both (English).
Should be presentable.
They should be able to handle stress and crisis management.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office. (Excel must).
A solution provider and not a trouble maker attitude
Responsibilities:

Work directly with Projects managers to help implement project goals
Assign duties to staff to implement project goals , as needed
Oversee variable aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely
project execution.
Liaise with project manager to maintain project schedule and efficacy
Assist with procuring materials for completing project goals
Review project implementation and gather data on project execution
