Job Summary

Experience: 1-2 years ( Freshers can apply for a Trainee Position)

Pre-Requisites: Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills , IT Selling experience is a MUST.

Role

The Inside Sales Specialist position is a single point of contact for Syscraft customers. The primary responsibility includes Account Management, Lead Generation, Tele calling, Relationship Management for the named accounts or territory assigned.

The Inside Sales Specialist ensures customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner and is driven by the Sales Targets assigned. The role demands interaction with colleagues on the field, sales team and management team on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management with the Assigned set of customers.
  • Meet Target criteria set for lead generation through tele calling and marketing Activities for IT Products , Solutions and Services.
  • Goal Driven. Reach Quarterly Revenue Quota assigned.
  • Ability to build multiple contacts within an organization across hierarchy.
  • Fast response to Customer RFP/RFQ.
  • Ability to work in a team structure.
  • Well Organized reporting to Management on a weekly basis.
