Job Brief
- 8+ years of strong, demonstrable experience working as software developer or SDET
- Responsible for designing automated tests to validate applications by creating scripts that run testing functions automatically
- Reviewing code and coaching the other developers on the development team.
- Best-practices, handling script/code reviews, coding & design
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum, Scrum ceremonies, version control systems, and unit testing
- Experience with unit testing, automation tools(selenium/alm/utf)
- QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Karate, Cucumber)
- Good knowledge of Software Development and Testing Life Cycle and Web applications
- Experience in Integration testing and End-end testing
- Experience in web service testing and tools like REST client
- JIRA bug tracking and management tool
- Ability to define testing scope
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
