Key responsibilities Understand abstract concepts and translate them into technical solutions which are based on Microsoft and cloud technologies to meet the business needs Works on extremely complex specialized technical problems and provides highly innovative yet practical solutions Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software architecture Architect, design, develop and own the technical solution and ensure all technical aspects are implemented as designed Guide Software Designers/Implementers with the creation of detailed software design specifications Work with visual designers to improve and refine product / solution visual design and consistency Ensure the overall integrity of the software architecture and validate it against the system specification Ensure compliance to all applicable product development processes & guidelines; drive architecture, design, code and visual design reviews Maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with market trends Apply technical knowledge to building solutions that meet business needs and ensure long term technical viability of new deployments Collaborate with key business leaders. Required Technical Expertise - Master's degree in computer science or related field; More than 12-14 years of experience in application development - Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Application Architect in Microsoft & cloud technologies - 5+ years of success in consultative/complex technical and deployment projects (including stakeholder management) - Depth understanding of Microsoft and .net platform technologies, BI technologies, with the technical aptitude and experience to learn new technologies and understand relevant cloud trends - Expert knowledge of enterprise applications, programming languages, application servers, software architecture, cloud and databases; Demonstrated experience designing and developing highly scalable/ enterprise applications - Technical experience and knowledge in full stack development with MS technologies (.NET, SQL, Azure) - C#, ASP.NET, WCF, MVC, Entity Framework, ORM, RDBMS, NO SQL and modern web development frameworks & tool kits - Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives, IT management and developers) - Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills for coordinating across teams.
