Job Summary
Job Description This role is for support and development team of our flagship Cyber Security product. Provide First Level of Support to Enterprise Customers
Understand and Respond to Client Queries/Service Request
Maintain Support Tickets on the Service Desk
Report Application Bugs to the Development Team and Follow-up
Install Solutions on the client premises/Cloud environment
Follow Product Deployment Process
Provide Product Demos and Trainings to Clients/Team Members
Write Scripts to automate installation tasks or other manual tasks
Participate in Quality initiatives Job Specifications Qualification BE/BSc IT/MCA Experience 1-2 Years Knowledge Areas Basic Web Development
MySQL/MS-SQL

Network Fundamentals Required Skills Documentation
