Job Summary
  • Job Description This role is for support and development team of our flagship Cyber Security product.
  • Provide First Level of Support to Enterprise Customers
    Understand and Respond to Client Queries/Service Request
    Maintain Support Tickets on the Service Desk
    Report Application Bugs to the Development Team and Follow-up
    Install Solutions on the client premises/Cloud environment
    Follow Product Deployment Process
    Provide Product Demos and Trainings to Clients/Team Members
    Write Scripts to automate installation tasks or other manual tasks
    Participate in Quality initiatives

  • Qualification BE/BSc IT/MCA
  • Experience 1-2 Years

    Note: Relevant Experience in Technical Support will be an added advantage
