Application Engineer

We're looking for Application Engineer to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• BS with at-least 5years of experience in Physical Implementation or MS
• Good knowledge of digital electronics concepts and familiarity with ASIC design flow, and/or VLSI design methodologies
• Conversant with UNIX
• Excellent communication skills including ability to interface with customers and business unit personnel are essential

Preferred Experience:

• Workson debugging and solving in-depth problems related to implementation methodologies and flows
• Provides technical expertise in identifying the design and/or tool issues and provides appropriate solution for customer to move forward in reasonable time
• Should effectively translate the findings into requirements to improve tool behavior through projects and enhancements as a long term solution
• Be involved in rapid deployment of new technologies at an engineering level and to enable customers to migrate smoothly to new technologies with minimum loss in design quality
• Should use strong technical background to shape the product by providing feedback regarding customer challenges and tool experiences
• Be self-motivated and dedicated with strong debug skills
• Occasional travel is required
