Job Purpose: The incumbent will be responsible for development & implementation of an efficient, fair and transparent Performance Management System across Syngene and promote a performance-based culture across functions. Additionally, will be responsible for the implementation of specific Organizational Development initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement Syngenes Performance Management System based on leading practices with the aim to provide a fair and transparent performance management across functions.
Develop and update the annual appraisal process and guidelines and manage the appraisal process across functions
Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. goal setting, mid-year review, tool upgradation).
Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System
Work with internal stakeholders across functions and campuses through campus Human Resource Assistant Managers, to embed a culture of continuous feedback on employee performance.
Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process.
Assist with the implementation of specific Organizational Development initiatives
Work with the business partner to help conduct talent assessments & put together a succession plan
Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
Attend training on environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures imparted company
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Masters degree in Management (HR specialization)
Technical/functional Skills:
Working knowledge of SAP module
Experience of handling multiple appraisal cycles
Should have handled large volumes of data
Very proficient in Excel
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources with proven ability to manage a set of processes
Should have experience of dealing with senior stakeholders
Experience of working on Performance Management System platforms
Behavioral Skills:
