Job Purpose
Purpose of the role is to handle Technology transfer activities for API/Early phase molecules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle 5-10 members team, Tracking team members activity, productivity enhancement, skill improvement and execute multiple projects as per project deadlines.
- To Interact with PRD to absorb the knowledge of chemistry and modify if require according to the scale up requirement.
- Monitor batch and understand the gap in the process on scale and do the trouble shooting work whenever required
- Monitor and perform LNB writing activities and preserve the LNB records.
- Anticipate scale up challenges and identify possible areas of improvement towards process robustness
- Handle Project update and client communication
- Preparation of campaign report and investigation report
- Ready to work in Shifts
- Follow environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety
- Ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) measures are imparted via training and adhered within the team
Educational Qualification:
Ph.D in Chemistry/B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Technical/functional Skills:
- Knowledge on scale up pilot plant and trouble shooting
- Good chemistry knowledge and experience in literature search.
- In depth knowledge in analytical data interpretation skills like NMR, Mass etc,
- OOT, OOS and deviation closure- Good knowledge
- Process excellency, de-bottlenecking to retrofit / capacity enhancement and cost reduction
Experience:
Ph.D with 1-3 years/M.Tech or B.Tech with 11 to 15 years post qualification
Behavioural Skills:
- Should have the capability to work in a team and ability to handle demonstrate a good team spirit.
- While possessing a good ability to follow instruction should also demonstrate innovative in his/her approach, good communication skills.
- Should be proactive while working on allotted responsibility.
