Shopify Plus Developer

We are currently looking for a seasoned Shopify Plus Developer whose primary responsibility is to execute on web development projects.

As an ambitious Shopify plus developer, you will brainstorm and work closely with the team towards application development and working with the design team for the responsive front-end user experience.

Job Description:

• Working Experience on Shopify Platform along with exposure towards application development and extending the Shopify functionalities using storefront APIs
• Strong knowledge of liquid programming language and experience in development and application of custom/bespoke Shopify theme and modify pre-existing template(s)
• Collaborating with the UX and UI design teams to produce seamless, robust, and responsive front-end user experiences
• Proficiency in and understanding of best practices for HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/JQuery
• Have experience in migrating the e-commerce ecosystem in Shopify, Integrating third-party systems and Shopify supported apps
• Act as a Shopify expert and support the presales and sales team in solutioning the scope
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce principles and the associated technology/tools
• Comfortable using version control systems (Bitbucket/GitHub)
• The ability to use Shopify Plus features including scripts and flow to best utilize the front and back-end capabilities of the Shopify platform in building, launching and maintaining Shopify web-stores

Expectations:

• Strong knowledge of liquid programming language / protocols
• Experience in building custom Shopify themes and/or modify pre-existing themes
• Building custom landing pages in HTML / CSS / JS
• Implementing third-party solutions and apps

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Shopify/Shopify plus developer.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Bootstrap is strongly preferred
• Experience with Vue.js, SASS, Webpack, Gulp
• Wordpress experience
