Job Summary

Purpose of job:

This role would be responsible to interact with potential customers for most part of his/her

day for selling companys product/offerings. He/she must be able to plan the number of

fresh/follow-up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets. The job also requires good

selling and persuading skills and also a thorough understanding of the company's offerings.

Key roles and responsibilities:

Identify opportunities and interact with potential customers with the emphasis on

high quality leads.

Proactively follow up leads assigned by Sales Head.

Work closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives.

Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing

Best Practice Ideas.

Person Specification

Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Preferably a Graduate

At least 1-2 years working within a sales environment preferably in a proactive

telemarketing role.

Excellent telephone skills

High degree of accuracy

Skills with People

Excellent communication skills verbal and written

Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels within and

outside the organization
