You will:
Understand client requirements/needs and goals.
Be responsible for day-to-day social media advert management and performance of
client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
Provide strategic insights on the landing page, ad creative, etc. for clients. Experiment
with new growth strategies and ideas.
Create paid marketing campaigns on social to help reach more customers and
interested people.
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform
determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Work closely with different teams to generate, edit, publish and share daily content
(original text, images, video or HTML) that encourages community members to act.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics,
insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (SEO, PPC, AdWords, etc.) to manage reputation,
identify key players and coordinate actions.
Weekly/Monthly reports to management.

Are a self-starter, high levels of adaptability and someone who takes initiatives.
Graduate/Post-Graduate with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Social
Network Paid Media in an agency (Social Media Ads Campaign Management).
Have hands-on knowledge of Facebook Business Manager and Facebook PowerEditor,
Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Updates, Twitter Ads and YouTube Ads.
Have strong project management skills including demonstrated ability to thinking-to end, manage long-term projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Possess the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into actionable information.
Have outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems under
minimum supervision, with strong business judgment.
Have good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet
persistent.
Have an appetite for risk and the ability to make quick decisions.
