Job Summary

Lead RPA and Integrations Developer

We are looking for a Senior RPA developer who will be part of our growing team and expected to actively work in a multi-disciplinary, fast-paced environment. This is a highly technical role and requires a broad range of skills in UiPath, architecture, cloud integrations and APIs.


Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business requirements and translating from functional to technical specifications.

  • Estimating costs and preparing business cases for IT solutions, giving due consideration to infrastructure, licensing, development, and support

  • Working with the project team to develop high-level project schedule and resource plans for implementation

  • Designing and architecting the RPA solution using UiPath

  • Ensuring customer requirements are translated into functional specifications and detailed level designs

  • Ensuring the RPA solution architecture is scalable and extensible

  • Driving the adoption of best practices around coding, design, quality, and performance

  • Leading in design, specification, and selection of RPA solutions, giving due consideration to functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance

  • Partner with our customers to identify the best-customized solution that meets their requirements in terms of RPA strategy on an enterprise level

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a professional senior technical role (e.g. technical lead, team lead or architect), ideally for a system integrator.

  • Min 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath as RPA Tech Lead.

  • Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy with the ability to design RPA solutions to deliver that strategy.

  • A Bachelor's or Master s degree, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology.

  • UiPath advanced certification completed

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with Business and with IT

  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment

  • Results oriented with the ability to produce products/solutions that deliver organizational benefit

  • Strong critical thinker with a problem-solving aptitude

  • Ownership and results oriented

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, collaboration and negotiation skills

  • Results driven with a positive can-do attitude

  • Ability to deal with and resolve complex customer business issues

  • Demonstrates high standards of professional behavior in dealings with clients, colleagues, and staff.

  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and industry domains and interact in a rich way with the research and engineering communities in addition to lines of business.
