Job Summary

In this role, you will:

  • Develop, maintain and strengthen effective relationships with targeted local and national employers to increase recruitment of Swabhav alumni, through cold calling and proactive research and outreach
  • Partner with the Career Success team to brainstorm, develop and execute new and innovative Career Success event programming, such as company panels and other opportunities for our grads to network with hiring partners
  • Coordinate, manage and execute employer-facing Career Success events at Swabhav that will be a WOW! Moment for employers, students and alumni
  • Develop and manage highly effective automated marketing campaigns through LinkedIn and other social media channels to proactively source employer participation in events
  • Manage the design and delivery for communications and marketing materials to students and alumni regarding employment opportunities.
  • Maintain and continue to develop Swabhav GradLeaders, our career management system for employers, students and alumni
  • Facilitate Career Success presentations and panels for students and alumni as they progress through their job search journeys

You are a great candidate for this role if you have:

  • 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in career services, employer development, recruiting and event planning/operations
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing programs and events to support student and alumni placement
  • Exceptional organization skills and the ability to juggle many tasks and projects at various stages
  • Experience in data collection and analysis, with demonstrated understanding of tech industry trends
  • Deep attention to detail, project management and customer experience- focus
  • An eye toward creating impactful, exciting and engaging event programming
  • Excellent oral and professional communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment
  • A passion for creating positive outcomes in people s lives through education

You are an exceptional candidate if you also have:

Experience working with bootcamp grads in the hiring process (either as a coach or as a recruiter of entry-level engineers)
Experience with marketing automation and job search tools such as Hubspot, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Recruiter
Knowledge of technology to make processes more efficient with metrics on the impact on your process improvements;
