- Directsalesof Developed Residential Land/Plots /Villas.
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the customer service.
- Experience in converting leads generated in events, meetings, etc.
- Understanding and documenting customer requirements and support requests.
- Implement specific marketing activities to acquire targeted prospects.
- Market analysis and research.
Key Skill:
- Excellent in English, Hindi, Marathi as well as Energetic
- Self-motivated, work independently, Should handle team effectively.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Consistenttowards set goals.
