Mediclaim Coordinator Job in Svatantra

Job Description -

• Visit assigned 15-20 Svatantra branches to provide implementation support to branches
• Regularly communicate with branch employees to address queries and issues
• Facilitate smooth admission of clients in case of claims
• Provide help to Svatantra clients in difficult situations in getting access to hospitals
• Regularly keep in touch with empanelled hospitals to create awareness of Svatantra and its clients
• Help updating claim MIS periodically
• Ensure timely distributions of e-cards to branches

Skills Required

• Fluent communication in local language
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Minimum of 3 years of prior field experience in rural areas. Microfinance or Health Insurance experience will be given priority
• Open to extensive travelling
