Role Requirement:
To Support and coordinate with sales department Shipment confirmation & follow-up with respective stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Coordinating with local customers for cargo and maintaining the LCL/FCL shipment sheets with respect to stuffing, Sailing, and delivery of cargo.
Updating correct entries in the system with respect to rates, internal notes, and CFS
Preparing and updating DSR post shipments vessel details to the customer until the shipments reach the final destinations.
Follow up with the clients to get the booking confirmed.
Coordinating with overseas agents upon the requirement
Coordinating with operations, and planning desk for operational matters.
Timely submission of rates
Coordinating with the internal department for SI, invoices, BLS, pricing, etc
Monitoring Releasing of BL
Coordinating with Carriers for container transshipments details
Coordinate with CHA & sending invoice to the customer
