Content Writing Leadin this role get to:

• Manage a team of content writers
• Interact with the client on various aspects and meet deliverables
• Edit and proofread outputs (as per requirements)
• Worked on writing and editing advisor and client facing content
• Ensure the team is optimally staffed and complete daily task as per deadline
• To lead, develop and motivate a high-performance team
• To provide process support in alignment with Amazon
• Effectively drive Sutherland code of conduct
• To provide D-Sat analysis every day and ensure coaching is provided to the consultants
• To effectively manage Process Adherence, Break Adherence & Schedule Adherence
• Highlight to AM/OU Head on any people queries/issues on timely basis
• Take up additional responsibilities based on the program request
• To effectively communicate with all levels within the program
• Work in a fast-paced environment and deliver reports under tight deadlines

Our most successful candidates will have:

• At least 2-3 years managing content team, preferably
• Proficiency in English language and grammar
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Well versed with the nuances of UK/US English, preferably
• Should have some knowhow of Chicago Manual of Style, Associated Press Guidelines, etc.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in English Literature, Linguistics, Media Communications or any other relevant field
• Ability to interact with the client and to fine tune expectations
• Ability guide the team and manage team expectations for shift
• Should possess good process & product knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills & communication skills
