Job Summary
- PLC Programming & troubleshooting Delta, Siemens, Mitsubishi. HMI Design & Troubleshooting
- Encoders, Knowledge of different types of sensors, PID controllers.
- Knowledge of online UPS up to 300 KVA, DG sets up to 1250 KVA, Load distribution, Knowledge of compressors, etc. And many other functions.
- Knowledge of spot welding, plasma welding, Tig welding-related equipment
- Hands-on experience in selection, design, and handling Cylinders, Solenoid Valves, Pressure Switches, and other Pneumatic items. (5/2 VALVE,2/2 VALVE,5/3 VALVE, 3/2VALVE)
- Knowledge of HVAC System (Chiller Plant, AHU, Cooling Tower, RO Plant and WTP Plant.
- Installed new machine, safety & improvement work, energy-saving, kaizen, why-why analysis, preventive & predictive maintenance
- Maintaining documents, spare parts, and troubleshooting of machines.
- Maintain all critical spare parts.
- Smooth operation and maintenance of the plant.
- Planning and execution of shutdown, preventive & predictive maintenance of the plant.
- Working with SAP system.
- Develop optimize spare expenses and inventory & ensure availability of critical spares, and also reduce the cost of maintenance.
- Responsible for preparation of maintenance budget and its optimization Responsible for planning and scheduling of all kinds of maintenance activities.
