Job Summary

Man Power planning & Control as per customer plan in Assembly & Outer Line
Achieving daily production plan and Targets as per the customer schedule
Line improvements & Line Re-Balancing work to be carried out
Line Rejection Controls on daily basis
Monitoring hourly production by line / Section wise on daily basis and prepare the report for review & loss analysis with HOD.
Ensure working condition of Poka Yoke and Effective implementation of CA
Ensure Competent andmultiSkilledoperator forProduction processes
WIP Review and ensure to clearing rework cables on daily basis
Control of tools gauges & Fixtures and maintain as per the standard on daily basis.
Handling the customer audit/QMS & IATF audit
Maintaining 5S & Ensure 100% work place safety at shop floor.
Co-ordinate with RMS & PPC for daily production plan and materials availability to achieve the daily production target.
Ensuring ZERO customer compliant.
Getting & Implementing the Suggestions and Kai-zens from the operator.
Maintaining Quality documents like Operator Check Sheet , Skill Matrix , etc..
Training plan for New Man Power / Providing On Job training to existing operators on regular basis to improve their skill level.
Any other task / assignment as directed by reporting officer or reviewing officer.

Experience Required :

5 to 7 Years
