Roles & Responsibilities
To generate leads by cold calling/emailing clients To provide all product related information to potential clients
To coordinate with other members of the team to actively promote sales opportunities through information sharing
Maintain information records of every customer interaction
Adhering to the process flows that are set to ensure consistency and smoothness in
operations
To perform pricing related negotiations and convince customers to buy the product.
Receive incoming calls & do outgoing calls
Skills, Qualification & Experience -
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good Listening Skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Required - Telecalling skill with 1+ years experience
Required - Telesales skill with 1+ years experience
Required - High school or equivalent or higher education
Required - Good command over English
