Senior Data Base Engineer Job in Superior Innovative Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for a talented Sr. DB Engineer with 7 years of expertise to design and performance tuning of Oracle, My SQL data base and MongoDB preferably with exposure to Database Administration Activities primarily working in product based company preferably in Health Care Industry.

Primary Responsibility

• Strong in RDBMS Concepts, SQL, PL/SQL Programming.
• Expertise in the design, maintenance, enhancement, coding, and administration of relational databases My SQL, Oracle etc., and NoSQL databases MongoDB, Hadoop, etc.
• Experience in Elastic Search and Logstash is desirable.
• Must be able to develop and optimize database performance through tuning, functions, triggers, views and queries.
• Ability to create/customize scripts to automate management processes and monitor database performance.
• Must be able to develop efficient queries and performance tuning of in-efficient queries and Databases.
• Has experience performing data ingest/validation from a variety of data sources to include: other databases, files and multi-media.
• Coordinates new data development ensuring consistency and integration with existing data warehouse structure.
• Reviews business requests for data and data usage, researches data sources for new and better data feeds.
• Participates in continuous improvement efforts in enhancing performance and providing increased functionality, including performing proactive maintenance such as ensuring continued space availability, monitoring activity, and documenting problems, changes, and solutions.
• Desirable to have Database export/import and other DBA Activities.
• Collaborating closely with Developers to write efficient queries
• Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) experience is desirable.
• Experience working with Agile development framework is desirable
• Apply knowledge of database design; create local and physical databases.
• Organize and plan to meet individual project deadlines using initiative, good judgment, personal planning, goal setting and positive, proactive interaction with other departments.

Educational Qualification:

Preferable Degrees: B. E., B. Tech., MCA, M. Sc. (IT), M. Sc. (CS)

Others Degrees: M. Sc., BCA, B. Sc.
