JOB DESCRIPTION

• RM (Here from now onwards will be considered as Relationship Manager) will be responsible for maintaining the communication with the clients, providing them best possible service under their given authority.

• RM will be responsible for handling the client portal and checking the upcoming tasks of the client with the help of administrative department of the company.

• All day-to-day operations of the given client will be sole responsibility of the RM.

• Upselling the company service while the routine communication with the client will be a mandatory part of the RM.

• As per the nature of the business, the clients may be located in different countries all around the world, therefore, the RM will be responsible to set the time zone according to the client’s origin country to provide best possible services.

• Following up from the admin and checking for the mistakes (if done by the administrative department) will be pure responsibility of the RM.

• Depending on the requirement of the client, the RM may need to use multiple modes of communication which might include video meeting, audio meeting, conference call with the writers and admin.

• The RMs must cooperate to administrative department for the smooth outcome and operations.

• The incentive will be fixed per lead and solo assignments as per the company policy. However, the company is providing assurance that the incentive will only increase but never decrease, thus, the incentive declared at the time of joining will be the least amount. No further decrement will be made by the company in the base price.
