Job Summary
Location Sundaram Infotech Solutions Qualification MBA/PGDM/ Other equivalent qualifications Age 30 - 35 Years Experience From 9 Years - 0 Months Experience To 11 Years - 0 Months Key Requirement for the Position Excellent knowledge and working experience in one or more areas of Lending (Vehicle Finance / Commercial Lending / Retail Lending) gained either from frontline operations / back-office functions / credit or support functions like finance / accounting / internal audit
Strong conceptual knowledge in Finance, Accounting, Management Accounting
Working knowledge of regulatory local compliances/ government policies related to NBFCs
Able to describe processes, workflows and systems using visual aids where appropriate
Good project management & presentation skills
Excellent in communication and stake holder management
Proactive and effective in multi-tasking
Job Description To interact with multiple sets of users / stakeholders and successfully gather business / user requirements, process flows, system requirements and be able to bring out unstated or implicit requirements in respect of new applications or enhancements to existing applications.
Prepare a functional specification document that reflects in detail the system behaviour corresponding to the business requirements specified
Working with multiple teams across the group to coordinate and carry out functional activities related to any new development and maintenance activities. Provide functional / domain knowledge to the broader team and build domain competency.
Demonstrate full ownership of the changes being handled from requirements till implementation including managing any risks, dependencies, issues. Develop project management skills for effective planning, co-ordination and management of deliverables
Continuously validate that the development is in sync with the business requirements and that the deliverables are of high quality. Enable the effectiveness of the testing team and to personally verify the functionality of the developed application before its release to business testing
Ensuring preparation of all necessary presentations to support Senior Management in strategic decision making
Propose and work towards automation and standardization of various processes for increasing efficiency. Identify non- value added processes within the department and seek solutions
