Job Description:

  • Work with Business Operations support team and Operations team for day to day operations
  • Understand end to end business operations lifecycle(s) and processes
  • Complement business stakeholders in banking operations to increase overall efficiency
  • Document and track day to day transactions and provide meaningful insights
  • Understand and follow detailed operational instructions on all the tasks that need to be carried out.
  • Retrieve, manage, and visualize transactional data using SQL and BI tools
  • Identify scope for improvement in business processes and lifecycles
  • Work with Busines stakeholders and management in defining cases and scope for digital transformation
  • Work with Business stakeholders to define requirements and document business rules to initiate digital transformation
  • Assist Business user to define digital transformation to increase operational efficiency
  • Work with business to document, design, test and implement transformation of complex busines processes
  • Demonstrate strong work ethic and a desire to succeed, follows through on commitments, and pushes self and others to deliver exceptional results

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in required in Commerce (B.com)
  • Two plus years of experience in investment banking operations
  • Strong understanding of concepts linked to investment operations like sell & Buy side transaction, financial accounting, credit and risk monitoring
  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with teams
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize according to the strategic direction of the organization, ability to meet deadlines and follow through on the completion of high-profile projects and initiatives
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the proven ability to multi-task
  • Technical aptitude with strong logical, problem solving and decision-making skills
