Job Summary
Define the power, cabling, wireless infrastructure & architecture for various SugarBox deployments like Metros, Airlines, Railways, Hospitality. Create PoC architecture that can be scaled up by the Operations team. Select or get developed equipment from vendors within the price band that fits the business viability. Preparing and defining/responding to RFP/RFQ, architecture proposals, communicating the same with clients, creating weekly reports, creating and following up KPIs and KRAs
Key Responsibilities :
1-Understand various new deployment types and create wired, wireless solutions that best fits the needs.
2- Provide day to day technical support for evaluation of technology, devices and vendors
3-Understanding power, copper or fiber networks, switching, Wireless equipment, identifying all Class A, B, C items for BOM, BOQ generation.
4-Get POC deployments implemented.
5-Investigate and Diagnose Fault and Provide Fault resolution for POC deployments 6-Upon successful completion create SOPs for reference designs and handover to Operations and SCM team for scale up.
Technical Experience:
Experience in defining & supporting Solutions & Infrastructure for wired and wireless solutions -Implements wired/wireless solutions infrastructure and/or application including the design, configuration,development, testing and deployment of wireless-related technologies that can be used in challenging environments like Trains, Ships, Aircrafts, Villages, Bastis etc
Good R&D, analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Good communication and collaboration skills -Flexibility to work in 24x7 shifts and provide after-work hours and weekend on-call support as and when required
Must Have Skills:
Wireless, Layer 1-7 Networking, Wired, Routing, Switching, Interconnect, Data Centre, Service Provider Networks. Palo Alto Networks Firewall, Cisco / Juniper ACL configurations
Good To Have Skills:
