Who are we looking for:

Role: Project Manager

Qualification: B.Tech (CS-IT) / M.Tech / MCA

Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Lucknow

Mandatory Technical Skills:

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the project team.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials, stakeholders, and decision-makers.

Issue Resolution

• Handle conflicts, bottlenecks, or delays by working closely with government authorities and company stakeholders.
• Address client concerns, clarify project objectives, and ensure smooth communication between all parties.

Risk Management

• Identify potential risks that could impact the project and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and take corrective actions when deviations occur.

Communication & Coordination with Stakeholders

• Keep government stakeholders informed about project status, milestones, risks, and deliverables through regular updates and meetings.
• Ensure transparency in communication and ensure that any changes or updates in the project are clearly conveyed.

Monitoring and Reporting

• Track project performance and progress using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports, including status updates, risk assessments, and completion timelines, to the government client.

Good to have Technical Skills:

PMP or other project management certifications.

Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards. Ability to handle ambiguity. Self-starter. Should have a continuous improvement mindset. Capability to make decisions under pressure. Should build a motivated team.

Responsibilities:

Managing the overall project independently with the guidance of senior team members.

Helping in the pre-sales activities that may require solutions, getting estimates, reviewing, and in some cases drafting proposals as well.

Ensure the project is delivered on time(hours/cost) with the agreed quality and aligned with the scope agreed upon with the client.

Ensuring that all the project artifacts (project plan, road map, sprint boards, risk register, billability matrix, etc.) are being maintained and always up to date.

Ensure there s no communication gap with the client and internally within the team and other internal stakeholders. share the billing data with the accounts team as per the agreed billing cycle of the project.

Remove the blockers on the project team as soon as possible so there s minimal effort and time wastage in the project.

Managing the resources of the project pro-actively so there are no impacts on the project (both allocation and deallocation).

Take the overall responsibility for the success and failure of the project.
