Design Engineer- Special Purpose Machine

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for collection of scope of project before project execution.Ensure that creativity and innovation are the key words in design
• Adopt best practices in Design for Manufacturability.
• Training new joinees on design and assembly
• Periodic meeting with peers and managers to assess self performance
• To ensure error free design. Getting it right the first time
• To ensure design for easy assembly
• Uniqueness in Design and Design for Reliability.

DESIRED PROFILE

• Sound knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD & Solid works) is must.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, construction methods and assembly techniques will be an added advantage.
• Should be capable to understand the design of a 5- axes simultaneous milling machine and disseminate the knowledge in detail to fellow team members.
• Team handling experience.
• Self driven gobetter
