Create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead offline sales units toward achievement of Company Sales Objectives2. Implement processes and competencies required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.3. Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development.4. Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning.5. Hiring, training, development and retention of offline sales units staff.6. Self learning skills and excellent concept & product selling skills7. Develop and modify strategies and business models towards achieving Company Objectives.8. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.9. Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Finance, Delivery.) to address key business issues and/or opportunities
Minimum Requirements
1.Demonstrate ability to achieve sales plans.2. Proven business analysis and judgment &ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.3. Ability to develop and coach interns, remissors and business partners.4. Strategy development, problem solving, and change management and Negotiation skills.5. Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.6. Ability to present and negotiate with all levels of management7. Strong oral and written communication skills.8. Computer skills including Microsoft Office product range.
