Coordinate interviews locally, which includes liaison with the Talent acquisition team to guide candidates to the location, meeting invites, book rooms, confirm availability of panel, scan/courier IEF docs to TA team and process travel reimbursement for out-station candidates.
New Joinee Day 1 coordination, which requires liaising with IT, site services, TA and Hiring managers.
o Site walkthrough,
o ID card issuance,
o Email ID creation and IT Assets hand over.
Ensure proper closure of employee exit and submission of FnF forms to HR Ops
closure until movement to e-Exit system
Retainer, Management Trainee, Apprentice Interns joining, ID creation, exit,
monthly billing and payment process
SAP Change form submissions for transfers, R-Manager and CC changes.
Prepare, review and ensure proper approval of Monthly payroll inputs are sent to HR Ops on time.
Maintenance of Employee personnel file at Madhapur office
Coordinate employee engagement activities at all sites i.e. draft email invite
communications, liaison with vendors and site services for arrangements
Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.
Maintain and provide contractual and employee Headcount data as per entity to ER
team as per government requirement with approval from HRBP.

o Source/interview/coordinate, onboarding/email Id creation/end to end of
joining and exit process of contractual TeamLease workforce
o TeamLease employee reimbursements /transfers/redeployment
o TeamLease employee contract renewals
o TeamLease attendance tracking across Hyderabad locations and production field locations
Position Expectation:
Excellent attention to detail while multitasking
Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products is a must
Extremely strong organizational skills
Ability to build and develop relationships
Ability to execute daily tasks with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment and be a self-starter who works with integrity while also being a strong team player.
