Job Summary

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage our web project management, hitting all deadlines and improving efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of quality web development.
  • Wireframe and mock-up revamped or brand-new site pages.
  • Responsible for developing a fully functional website, landing pages, email templates and Web templates using Hubspot CMS.
  • Customize themes using HubSpot coding and styling.
  • Own the development requirements end to end across both existing and new customers.
  • Lead the technical side of campaign launches, landing page rollouts, and new feature integrations.
  • Be willing to solve technical challenges for our internal marketing team.
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates, senior management, designers, and other project stakeholders.
  • Work with designers to review and ensure the feasibility of website designs.
  • Contribute to the creation of internal libraries, reusable resources, and processes.

Qualification:

  • Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • HubSpot CMS development experience.
  • Experience developing responsive websites and landing pages for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Strong understanding of HubL & HuDB is a must.
  • Domain expertise in UI/UX best practices. Good problem solving skills to improve site s experience.
  • Experience developing HTML emails and knowledge of the limitations of this medium
  • Understanding of and interest in UX principles.
  • Understanding of back-end technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a web development role.
  • Previous experience of working closely with designers to realize solutions.
  • Strong analytic and report development skills.
  • Hands-on experience with diagnostic and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of the Search Engine Optimization process is a plus.
