Job Summary

Role Purpose: This role will responsible for managing Procure to Pay Cycle and Vendor Management To manage Procure to Pay cycle end to end Review PR and Convert PR into PO Follow up with approver on timely release of the PO PO acceptance from the vendor Master Data Creation like Vendor, Material / Service Co-ordinate with end users for review and approval of service entry sheet Processing GRN Invoice review and submission to finance Co-ordinate with finance for timely payment Ensuring adherence to statutory and legal compliances To manage internal and external audits Manage vendor relationship To develop and support other members of the SCM department as required Communicate and interact with cross functional team like finance, project delivery, client s IT & Operation team Skills: A strong understanding of Procure to Pay Cycle Excellent people and communication skills; including the ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP ERP and Ariba
