The primary pre-sales technical interface with the customer, youll recognize the clients business needs, interpret them, and produce the solution design proposals.Supporting the sales team throughout the business winning process, may need to assist in the implementation. Presales of Enterprise Products A minimum of 4 years of experience should be in solution architecting or installation, integration and maintenance of enterprise class UNIX servers and storage position. Should preferably have been involved in application integration projects. Should have strong knowledge of UNIX, Server, Storage, OS and Application technologies. Should have experience of presales engagements. As part of presales engagement, you should have made technical proposals. Should have experience of public speaking in customer for, tech sessions etc. Should have excellent communication skills Should be self motivated Should be an excellent collaborator

General Communication: Must be able to listen. Must be able to understand the concerns of other stakeholders. Must be able to express their point-of-view cogently and persuasively. Customer Handling: Must be able to create a great rapport with the customers, either through their attitude, integrity, technical competency, communication skills or any other fair means. Must understand and appreciate at gut-feel level the importance of the customer and be similarly committed to make the relationship work, with them. Educational Qualifications: Pref. degree engineer. Diploma engineer will also be considered.
