Minimum Requirements

The candidate should be having atleast 4 Years of Expereience in a Call Center / BPO, managing / coordinating the operations of his / her team.Should have atleast 1 -2 Years of experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor for his team.Good Communicationa and Presentation Skills.People Management skills is a definite plus.Should be a Graduate (Diploma / Distance Education Candidates are not prefered)Salary will be upto 3.7 Lacs/pa.Work Timings: 2 PM - 11 PM.ONLY BANGALORE BASED CANDIDATES NEED TO APPLY.

BCA, B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
