Job Summary


? Value selling - creating end to end solution proposition pitch to the T&D addressing the pain areas / application needs.
? Creation of new Market / increasing the wallet share - as a Master System Integrator.
? Driving Sterlite's brand value / forums and policy initiatives for the Transmission horizon.
? KAM Approach (Pre-sales) for entrenchment / engagement and Solutioning - Drive Market Positioning and end-to-end sales cycle for SPTL.
? Prepare ROI , Feasibility reports and consultation /Technical Presentation to Customers.
? Drive Strategic directions using Market Intel to drive Blue Ocean initiatives.
? 500 Crores of market creation from MSI segment. Create Order book of 150 Crores from MSI business in Transmission segment.
? At least 2 New customers created - Concept to PoC with clear differentiators for SPTL.
? Ensuring Seminars and Interactions with Influencers / Forum at Top utility
? Top 5 KAMs approach / Acquisition Plan & sales target as per Business Plan and Meeting Revenue targets (collection)
? Bring forth disruptive techno-commercial model based on Pre-sales approach with at least 2 reputed utilities.
? At least one New initiative impacting the Top Line and addressing the core value(s) of SPTL
