  • Assist in managing group of companies.
  • Assist in Due diligence
  • Assist in convening Board and shareholders meetings
  • Assist in preparing Annual reports.
  • Compliance with Corporate Laws including Companies Act
  • Assist in fund raising
  • Assist in FEMA compliances
