Inquiry Handling: Manage and respond to customer inquiries effectively. Order Processing: Promptly process orders with attention to detail. Product Delivery Communication: Handle inquiries and confirmations regarding deliveries. Customer Support Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs. Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer requirements. MS Office and Computer Use: Utilize MS Office tools efficiently for tasks. Email Management: Professionally manage email communication. Expected Skills: Customer Query Handling: Ability to resolve customer issues effectively. Typing Skills: High proficiency in typing with accuracy. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for smooth interaction with customers and internal teams.
