Stellent, a leading organization in the Digital Marketing Field, is currently seeking a skilled and results-oriented Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our sales efforts by reaching out to potential customers over the phone and converting leads into successful sales. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our products/services, and effectively communicating the value proposition.
  • Follow up with leads and engage in regular communication to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize persuasive communication techniques and active listening skills to address customer concerns, overcome objections, and close deals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, documenting all interactions, sales progress, and next steps.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, providing them with comprehensive customer insights and updating them on potential opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to consistently improve your sales performance.
  • Continuously refine and optimize your sales approach based on feedback, market dynamics, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the language used in sales communication.
  • Adaptability and resilience to handle objections, rejection, and challenging customer situations with professionalism and persistence.
  • Proven experience and success in tele sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Demonstrated skill in follow-up and closing deals, with the ability to effectively negotiate and persuade customers.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and remotely, managing your time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace to work from home.
