Job Description

• The Content Writer will create well-researched and articulated content on the allocated topics.
• The person will be responsible for timely submission of the allocated content units in the monthly/quarterly calendar. The person will also help create content for on-demand requirements.
• The Content Writer will take ownership of creating content for the assigned software product/services lineup.
• The person will liaise with the respective business executive to discuss and understand the requirements, and create the content accordingly.
• The person will incorporate the feedback received from the editor and business executive, as necessary and applicable to improve the overall content quality and performance.
• The Content Writer will keep track of content performance in terms of the defined KPIs.

Key Skills:

• Strong grasp on English language, usage, structure, styles, & writing principles to develop high-quality, error-free, relatable, and engaging content
• Extensive experience of writing content about enterprise and consumer software products and services
• Technology blogging experience would be a key differentiator.
• Experience writing for native US and UK audiences
• Deep understanding of content marketing principles, approach and execution
• Ability to perform online/offline research to conceptualize new content ideas & enhance existing content
• Hubspot Content Marketing Certification or equivalent/similar
• Should be able to work and deliver quality content in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Should be comfortable working in team comprising a diverse mix of people including content writers, sr. content writers, editors, business executives, SEO/PPC specialists etc

Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in content writing with minimum 1 year experience in writing for enterprise software and/or services. B. Tech(Computer Science)/BCA/MCA preferred. Minimum 1 year experience in writing Software Technology Content. Content Certification, like hubspot or Content Marketing Course is a must. Candidate must have an aptitude for technology. Candidate must have an aptitude for technology. Strong communication skills with good presentation and conceptualization skills. Ability to work independently and within a team in a corporate environment. Day shift with 5 days working Candidates residing in Gurgaon or willing to relocate could apply for this opening.
