Details:

This position will be part of a US Recruitment team responsible for all aspects of hiring. This role will specifically focus on recruiting; IT and Functional for locations throughout the U.S.Location: Noida, India Primary Responsibilities:
  • Drive the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Executing sourcing strategies based on local market requirements.
  • Assessing candidates and submitting to reporting manager.
  • Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application
  • Continuously updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) 100% with all activities related to candidate dispositions, interview progress, and job offer details.
  • Leveraging data to drive recruiting decisions, sourcing strategies and quality of hire.

Job Requirements Details:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting cycle W2 only.
  • Experience working with all type of requirements; like IT, Functional
  • Sourcing and screening potential candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database, Job Portals, Postings and Networking within time frame.
  • Should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Must be proficient.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think critically to ensure effective decision making.
