Job Summary
Details:
- Provide day-to-day support for the Belden SAP applications (including any add-on's) in the Order to Cash area by resolving change requests and malfunction/incident tickets.
- Discuss business requirements with the Business Process Owners and Key Users providing satisfying SAP system solution with the aim to adhere to SAP standard solutions.
- Assist Team Manager by providing right SAP solutions for various business requirements in the Logistic Execution / Warehouse Management business processes using standard SAP solutions and knowledge.
- Coordinate ABAP developments by preparing the functional specification documentation and testing results following our standards.
- Support change and release management processes for SAP application.
- Support test processes and user training for SAP Logistic Execution / Warehouse Management business process area.
- Support service level management processes, based on our SLA with the business
- Ensure effective working relations within and between other SAP teams.
- Possess good problem solving, resolution, and high level of analytical skills
