Job Summary

Key Responsibilities & Experience Range

  • Define and gather suggestions for, and implementation of, continuous improvements to core reconciliation products and services.
  • Help users adapt to new ways of doing work while still limiting risk
  • Assist in the development of business cases and designing of product features
  • Own relationships with key partners
  • Help drive adoption of strategic product initiatives, such as reconciliation onboarding improvements, enhanced matching and workflow, implementation of AI etc .

Qualification & Certifications

  • Reconciliation experience is key to this role. Front office, Middle office, Back office, Derivative, Clients recons, etc are all in scope so experience with at least one of these is important
  • Experience with the TLM, or TLM Premium, reconciliation application is preferred
  • Effective written and verbal communication. Must build strong, positive relationships with key internal stakeholders.
  • A good problem solver and trouble-shooter, with the ability to identify and analyze issues, and the energy to take ownership and solve them
  • Data driven, intellectually curious, results-oriented, and comfortable in an ever-changing environment that is subject to shifting priorities and task load
  • Good project and program leadership skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office: (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • Bachelor Degree in finance, business or equivalent, 6+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferable with reconciliations
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues and having determination to follow things through
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office: (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Primary Skills (Must Have)

  • Good knowledge of asset management/asset servicing industry
  • Advanced level quantitative and qualitative research skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
  • Data analysis and presentation skills
  • Deadline and detail oriented
